1Eligibility Requirements

The phmerry platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines.
• You are not excluded, banned, or otherwise restricted from using online gaming platforms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of phmerry.

phmerry reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension pending verification. If it is determined at any stage that you do not meet the eligibility requirements, your account will be closed and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable policy.

2Account Registration

To access the full features of the phmerry platform, you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the sign-up process.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phmerry. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. phmerry will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.

phmerry reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at any point. You agree to cooperate with these checks by providing valid government-issued identification and any other documentation required. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended until the verification process is completed.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phmerry are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Supported deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, InstaPay transfers, and online banking through Philippine banks. The availability of specific payment channels may change over time and will be reflected on the Deposit page.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the channel used and network conditions. phmerry is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same channel or account used for the original deposit where operationally possible. Withdrawal processing times will vary. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification in full.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are defined on the platform and may be updated periodically.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on phmerry.
• phmerry does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
• Funds deposited on phmerry may only be used for gaming activity on the platform and are non-transferable to third parties.

Any deposit made in violation of these Terms — including deposits made using accounts not in the player's own name — may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4Gameplay Rules

phmerry offers a range of gaming categories including online slots, fish shooting games, live casino tables, sports betting, and eBingo. Each game category and individual game title may have its own specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) information, and minimum or maximum bet limits. These are available within each game interface.

All game outcomes on phmerry are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer operations where applicable. phmerry does not manipulate game outcomes in any way, and all results are final once a game round is completed.

For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official results of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, phmerry's decision shall be final.

• Bets placed after an event has started may be void depending on the specific sport and market.
• phmerry reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets resulting from technical errors or incorrect odds.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance upon settlement and are available for withdrawal subject to any applicable terms.

Technical interruptions — including server downtime, loss of internet connection, or device failure — may affect your gaming session. phmerry is not liable for losses attributable to connectivity issues outside of our direct control. Where a game round is interrupted mid-play due to a server-side issue, phmerry will make reasonable efforts to restore the session or credit the relevant amount.

5Bonuses and Promotions

phmerry may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other reward-based incentives to eligible players. The availability, value, and specific requirements of any promotion will be communicated through the platform at the time it is active.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will include details such as wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry conditions. These terms will be made available alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for the duration of that promotion.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• phmerry reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the intended mechanics of a bonus offer may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account reviewed.

phmerry does not guarantee specific bonus amounts, percentages, or cashback rates outside of what is communicated in active promotional materials. No verbal or implied commitment to a bonus constitutes a binding obligation on phmerry unless confirmed through the platform in writing.

6Responsible Gaming

7Account Suspension and Closure

phmerry reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player is found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any point during their use of the platform.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or collusion.
• The player's account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with phmerry's inactivity policy.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure is initiated by the player for non-breach reasons, any verified remaining balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process subject to completion of any applicable verification checks.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phmerry's support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phmerry platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Creating more than one account or registering under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform's software or games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Abusing bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward phmerry staff or other players.

phmerry actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Any funds associated with prohibited activity may be frozen pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited if the breach is confirmed.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the phmerry platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and structural layout — is owned by or licensed to phmerry and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phmerry platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written permission.
• Use phmerry's name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the phmerry website on any other website or platform.

Any feedback, suggestions, or other communications you provide to phmerry regarding the platform may be used by phmerry freely without any obligation to you.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phmerry shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or gaming losses.

phmerry makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

phmerry is not responsible for the actions of third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or device manufacturers that may affect your access to or experience on the platform. In all cases, phmerry's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the date of the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11Amendments to These Terms

phmerry reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, we may also notify registered players through the platform or via the contact details held on their account.
